The Revolving Loan fund was created in conjunction with the U.S. Department of Agriculture and Simply Arthur for small businesses in the Arthur Area. The primary focus of this program is to loan funds to local small businesses, at a low interest rate, in an effort to maintain and/or create jobs in the local economy. In accordance with Federal law and U.S. Department of Agriculture Policy, the Loan Committee will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age, disability, or marital, or familial status. Our committee will evaluate worthy applications, and will require some financial information to proceed with a low-interest loan. Payment terms are negotiable.
